We are pleased to be working with our partner location Bottlerock, in Downtown Los Angeles for this event (note: This is not the Culver City location).
Bottlerock and LearnAboutWine have had a long working relationship - and we intend to promote this location heavily in 2013. Located a few blocks away from STAPLES center, across the street from the PALM and on the same street as RIVERA; this is a top meeting spot for Angelenos. Beer, wine and casual fare is served 7 days a week, lunch or dinner in addition to a strong selection of wines available for purchase and to take home or offer as a gift.
Our events do not fall during peak game or show times; but may end as a show or game begins… so parking is important. Get too close to STAPLES, the price of parking can be very high - so please seek parking east of our location.
On Sunday's - there is "some" free street parking, but you may need to search for a while or choose to select a low cost lot and there are many to choose from. Please be very careful when selecting your parking lot, some are priced much higher than others and we do not want anyone to have an unpleasant experience… we anticipate parking charges between $5 and $10 per car - please arrive early to select the best option available. Enjoy a nice appetizer and a glass of wine prior to class if you arrive early, and avoid any stress. This is the ultimate Champagne experience… so no stress is allowed :)
UBER Option: Have you heard of UBER?
With your smart phone, add the UBER app… and you can arrive and depart our event in style. The cost is about the same as a dirty cab, but UBER uses only black town cars! UBER is perfect for downtown LA… why drive? You can avoid any issues with drinking and driving and pay about the same price as driving and parking… check out UBER on your smartphone - We highly recommend it.
